The Movies Channel plays films created by talented directors using the game The Movies. This creates momentum throughout the community.

Currently there are two projects for any available director as well…

Visit My Studio

Calls to any director who has a webcam to conduct a visit to your studio via this channel. You can create a movie showing how your studio is built, demonstrate how The Movies Game works, and share some tips and tricks on how to make great movies. The estimated duration for the program is one hour, but if you wish, you can continue the program with follow up segments.

The Movies News

Calls to one or more directors to create a news program with The Movies highlighting the latest news from The Movies. This weekly program should be a maximum duration of 10 minutes. If there is more than one director willing to participate in the news program, each director will have one week to complete each show's specific news. The format of the program should be the same, ie: using the same sets. Each director will then supply their own dialogue and text.
